Rev. Dr. Eric J. Gill currently serves as Executive Pastor of Operations and Ministries at Antioch Baptist Church in Tulsa. He also is the Director of Field Education and the Interim Dean of Chapel and Phillips Theological Seminary, Tulsa, OK.
After earning his Doctor of Ministry from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, Gill has served in several congregational ministry and community organization positions in Tulsa. Recently, Dr. Gill was the Director of Community Engagement for the Terence Crutcher Foundation.
Rev. Dr. Gill is a sought after lecturer. He has presented and taught across the country.
Rev. Dr. Gill earned master's degrees in the Science of Management from Southern Nazarene University, a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a certificate in Church Administration also from Virginia Union University. Additionally, Gill earned a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management from Cornell University.
Dr. Eric J. Gill is a member of the Oklahoma City Council of Church’s IMPACT Committee, a part of the Leadership Tulsa 64 cohort, the Faith Coalition for the Commutation of Julius Jones, and he is the proud Chaplain of the Alpha Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Dr. Gill is married to the beautiful Kendra L. Gill. The two of them have been blessed with two amazing children, Emyr and Emani Gill. Eric’s goal is to serve & love God’s people.
