Meagan graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law and immediately started her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma County. Meagan spent time as an attorney in misdemeanor, general felony, and diversion courts while at the District Attorney’s Office. During her time as a prosecutor, Meagan’s passion for finding alternatives to incarceration and diverting individuals and families away from the criminal legal system continued to expand. Meagan followed her passion for finding effective and equitable community-based alternatives to incarceration by joining the Arnall Family Foundation. During her time at the Arnall Family Foundation, Meagan led a team of case managers and justice navigators on various criminal justice pilot programs that had been strategically identified as gaps in the criminal legal system, while also assisting with developing the Diversion Hub. Now serving as the Executive Director of the Diversion Hub, Meagan continues to advocate for equity in the system by creating effective connections to stabilizing resources and services for those impacted by the criminal legal system.
